New bill is drawn up in Japan. “Information and Communication bill” the name is. It will combine 10 current bills into one. I sense this bill aims more strong control over inter net content services by government. It will be exactly like broadcasting.

If we careless on this move by Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, we might again lose public access rights in this new media.
